Infinite Craft — start with four elements, end up anywhere (opens destination in a new tab)

I fell into this little sandbox game where you start with just water, fire, wind, and earth — then you drag things together to see what the world thinks they should become. Water + fire gives you steam. Earth + wind gives you dust. And then it gets weird in the best way: keep combining and you end up with philosophy, with technology, with things I won't spoil because the discovering is the whole point. The game dreams up each new combination with AI, so no two people's paths through it are quite the same. It's the kind of game that eats an evening in the loveliest way. Fair warning: I said "just one more combination" about forty combinations ago.
