Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Shareth accounts, content, destinations, QR codes, profiles, API requests, and traffic. It is part of the Terms of Service. You are responsible for everyone who uses the Service through your account or token.

2. Harmful and illegal activity

Do not use Shareth to create, facilitate, promote, or conceal unlawful or harmful activity.

• malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, deceptive redirects, or unauthorized access;
• sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, or credible threats of violence;
• targeted harassment, doxxing, stalking, extortion, or disclosure of sensitive personal information;
• fraud, impersonation, counterfeit goods, or materially deceptive schemes;
• content or conduct that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
• instructions or services primarily intended to evade safety, law-enforcement, or platform controls.

3. Spam and manipulation

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, run deceptive promotions, artificially inflate visits, manipulate analytics, automate account creation, evade rate limits, rotate identifiers to bypass enforcement, or use Shareth as an unapproved traffic-distribution network. Lawful marketing must follow consent, identification, and unsubscribe requirements that apply to you.

4. Service integrity

Do not probe or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization; interfere with availability; access another user’s account or private content; scrape non-public information; overload infrastructure; distribute tokens; reverse engineer restricted components; or falsely imply sponsorship by Shareth. Good-faith security reports may be sent to [email protected].

5. Public content standards

Public profiles and pastes must be suitable for broad availability. Content may not include illegal material, hateful or violent threats, non-consensual sexual material, invasive personal data, or repeated unwanted promotions. Clearly label lawful mature or disturbing material where context requires it, and never direct it to minors.

6. Enforcement

We may block a destination, disable a share, limit traffic, remove content, preserve evidence, suspend an account, or terminate access based on context, severity, recurrence, and risk. We may act without advance notice for urgent threats, legal obligations, or evasion. Attempts to bypass an enforcement action are a separate violation.

7. Reporting and appeals

Use the Report link on a public resource or email [email protected] with the Shareth URL, the reason for the report, and supporting details. For imminent danger, contact local emergency services first. Copyright complaints should follow the Copyright and DMCA Policy. If your content was restricted in error, send a concise appeal to [email protected].

8. Changes

Threats and abuse patterns change. We may update this Policy and will identify the new effective date. Material changes will be announced through reasonable means.
